A leap year Special! Visiting teacher Khaydroup Zangmo will teach a Thursday night class. Using Shamar Rinpoche’s practice manual, Boundless Wisdom, this class will offer experiential exploration of Shamatha and Vipashyana through guided meditations, teachings, and the opportunity to share through discussion.
