USA-Eastern, All Americas
Karma Trinlay Rinpoche

Trinlay Rinpoche is returning to Martha’s Vineyard this summer in mid August with his family, to teach, lead meditation and participate in two community events.

Rinpoche will teach on meditation practice Saturday and Sunday August 16 and 17, and 23 and 24, 10-11:30 am. The topic for the first weekend is Meditation is the Core Practice, and on the second weekend, Recognizing Hinderances and Applying Remedies in Meditation.  Meditation is a central practice in Buddhism, which can lead not only to calming your mind, but also to gaining a deeper understanding of how your mind functions. This can result in great benefit for you and those around you.

The teachings will be held in person at Bodhi Path, 21 Laurand Drive, West Tisbury, and online via Zoom.

Trinlay Rinpoche will also participate in round-table discussion at the Martha’s Vineyard Museum entitled The Whole Table: A Dialogue on Food, Community and Caring, Sunday August 17 4-5:30 pm., and will lead the annual Lobster Life Release Sunday August 24 at 4pm at Memorial Wharf in Edgartown.

All are welcome!
