Lojong Teachings with Karma Trinlay Rinpoche (Martha’s Vineyard)

Join us Sunday, February 16^th 3-4:30 pm online or in person for the first of a series of recorded teachings from Trinlay Rinpoche on Lojong, or Mind Training according to Chekawa Yeshe Dorje’s Seven Points of Mind Training. This is a recorded teaching from 2020 that is part of Rinpoche’s Lojong Text Study Course.

In this course, Trinlay Rinpoche refers to “The Path to Awakening”, Bodhi Path founder Shamar Rinpoche’s commentary on the Seven Points of Mind Training text, which has been used as a basis for transformative practice in Tibetan Buddhism for close to a thousand years. Through the teachings, the practioner cultivates Buddha Nature by training in the practice of compassion and the development of wisdom.
