Class will consist of 30 minutes of meditation followed by a Dharma talk and discussion. We are studying Shamar Rinpoche’s book: “Buddha Nature” – available through Amazon or you can support your local independent bookstore and order from them. First time guest are always welcome. The Book is not required to attend the sessions. Please feel free to join us just for meditation if you wish!

This will be an in-person event only.

We will have chairs and a few cushions available but please feel free to bring your own cushion.
