Fall Retreat with Dharma teacher Tsony (Natural Bridge)

October 30 @ 9:00 am - November 2 @ 12:00 pm

USA-Eastern, All Americas

Tong-Len

In the Lojong (mind-training) practice, the seventh slogan, “Sending and taking should be practiced alternately. These two ride the breath,” describes the Tonglen meditation, a practice where you breathe in others’ suffering and breathe out happiness and healing. By doing so, you cultivate compassion, loosen attachment to the ego, and become more open-hearted, training yourself to move toward difficulty rather than away from it.

During these sessions we will explore the techniques to help settle the mind in itself, and how to uncover our own basic kindness and natural clarity.

Moments of exchange with questions and answers will enable us to assist each other in developing a deeper experience of our mind.
