About the Center

The Bodhi Path Buddhist Center of Taichung is a part of an international network of Buddhist Centers founded by Shamar Rinpoche. The center opened in 2009. Located 30-minutes drive from Taiwan High Speed Rail Taichung Station. Lama Dorje Phuntsok, a native Taiwanese ordained by 17th Karmapa at Bodh Gaya, guides bi-weekly group Dharma practices as the resident lama. Please see our schedule and newcomers are welcomed.
