Please Respect & Remember:
- To be mindful of your meditation “neighbors”
- Individuals with a fever or symptoms of COVID-19, or known exposure to a COVID-19 case in the prior 14 days, are not permitted to participate
- Face coverings mandatory
- 6 ft distancing between lily pads, chairs and cushions as marked
- Hand sanitizer upon arrival (provided)
- No food or drinks in the Meditation Hall
General Guidelines for All Respiratory Viruses
In general, we seek to follow the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC and Commonwealth of Virginia for Covid as well as all respiratory viruses. Please note that the CDC recently updated COVID and all respiratory virus recommendations as of March 1, 2024, aligning care and protection strategies for COVID with those of the flu and RSV. Our goal is to adapt our policies as necessary to ensure the safety of all who come to the Natural Bridge Retreat Center.
