This course presents the Four Noble Truths as a clear and practical framework for understanding the heart of the Buddha’s path. Participants will explore how suffering arises, how it can cease, and how the path of ethical conduct, meditation, and wisdom leads to genuine freedom. Moving beyond theory, the course emphasizes personal, experiential engagement with these timeless teachings—supporting participants in integrating insight into daily life and cultivating a deeper connection to their innate clarity, compassion, and potential for awakening.

This class will be beneficial to beginners as well as seasoned practitioners.

Online and in-person- Dawa will be in-person.
