Lama Delha has been a Buddhist nun for more than 15 years, having completed two 3-year traditional retreats under Gendun Rinpoche, a highly realized Tibetan master of the Karma Kagyu Lineage. Lama Delha currently resides in the monastery Dhagpo Kundrol Ling in France.
